Gardening with Mommy
April 29th, 2016. (3 years, 3 months old.) by andrew
You know the best way to get the potatoes to grow? Mommy and I do.
You tuck them in to sleep. Then they stay right there and grow!
Mommy is the best gardener!

Once again, my big brother is really looking out for me. Here, he jumped right into that dentist’s chair and took one for the team.
Thanks, and way to go, Ben!
In other news, they have cool electric toothbrushes at the dentist.
After some present opening… we decorated the tree. You know – Priorities!
It is finally starting to look pretty good. Andrew was a big help this year.
We also decorated our traditional gingerbread cookies with Nana.
Nana is very good at this!
Of course it is always fun to read with Grandpa and Nana.
Everybody says so when they see it.
I use it as much as I can – even when Daddy says we don’t really need it.
Mommy has been getting some pomegranates lately, and we looked up how to seed them. As it turns out, you can pound them with a wooden spoon. And it turns out this is exactly the sort of thing that I like to do. Mommy has a new pomegranate seeder!
Mommy brought home some fancy Japanese peach-creme filled rice cake thingys. They have this awesome squishy feel to them – kinda like play-doh and kinda like jell-o. And they’re covered with rice flour. Just to make them more fun to play with while you eat. I want to go to Japan, now.
Oh, and Ben liked them, too. (We ate the whole box.)
