Hanging in the crib
June 30th, 2014. (6 years old.) by benSometimes I like to hang out with my little bro’ and reminisce about those days when this was my crib.
I tell him it won’t be too long before he’ll be sprung to a real bed!

Ho, hum. Just another morning. I get up and even before I get dressed I head for the vacuum to get started.
I can’t believe M&D have been hiding this toy from me for so long! But now I know the secret hiding place, and I know how to open the door all by myself!
I decided to try on Daddy’s shoes the other day. And socks. And slippers. Pretty much it was all fair game.
Will these fit me one day, Daddy?
Lately I’ve been trying out this nice and soft, fluffy blue blankey from our friend Celia.
I think it could be “the one”!
Lately, the kitty has been nice enough to share his climber (and his food) with me. I sure do like climbing, and the couch and chairs are getting boring.
But, M&D don’t seem too happy about this. I’ll just have to keep trying until they change their minds!
I finished kindergarten and my teacher, Mrs. Pressler, gave me a nice certificate.
I’m a grader now!
Today was my last T-Ball game. You can see how I’ve been working on my swing all season.
Here I come, major leagues!
It was a very exciting weekend last weekend. I turned 6, and had a party. My cousin Avery came over and we had a scavenger hunt (and ice cream sundaes)!
And she gave me the baseball batting helmet I always wanted – Awesome!
Also, Grandpa and Nana visited, and Grandpa got to come see me at my T-ball game. And we read books like the ones I got from Grandpa and Nana.
And I got lots of Legos for my birthday! What could be better!?
Can’t wait ’till I turn 7!
