Close Encounter

February 10th, 2015. (2 years old.) by andrew

Close encounter, of the Postal Service kind.

I had fun following the mail truck all the way up and then back down our street.  Do it again, Daddy!  Do it again!

Baseball Clinic

February 2nd, 2015. (6 years, 8 months old.) by ben

Daddy took me out to a baseball clinic so I could do what I love most: play baseball!

I got to field grounders like Pablo!

And catch fly balls like Hunter!

There was also batting practice!

Too bad I can’t do this every weekend!

Weee!!!

Skiing and Sledding!

January 2nd, 2015. (6 years, 7 months old.) by ben

First we went sledding! Awesome!

The next day I went to ski school.  It turns out that you can start and stop ski school any time, unlike regular school.  Cool!

At ski school, they have a Magic Carpet that takes you up the hill:

I learned to make a pizza so I could stop and turn.

Maybe I’ll be ready for the big slopes next time!

Train Town

December 28th, 2014. (23 months, 2 weeks old.) by andrew

At Train Town, I guess the first thing you do is ride the train. All aboard!

You stop along the way to feed the animals.  I think they were happy to see me.

Then there were lots of other things to ride on, like this car:

And I went waaaaaay up high on the Ferris Wheel with Daddy.  Woah.

Of course, Avery and Ben went, too.

And we went on the Merry-Go-Round, too.  Daddy was my helper again.

I think I’d like to go back again.  That train was neat.

Class Party

December 23rd, 2014. (6 years, 6 months old.) by ben

We had a “Winter Party” at my class before Christmas break.  It was also pajama day.

We decorated gingerbread houses with frosting and candy. I sure wish all my days a school could be like this!

Making Gingerbread Houses

December 12th, 2014. (6 years, 6 months old.) by ben

Aves and I made gingerbread houses last weekend.  Well, I made a house and she made a cottage – long story.

But it was tasty just the same!  Thanks Uncle John for making such yummy gingerbread!

Bonanza!

November 25th, 2014. (22 months, 1 week old.) by andrew

It’s time to clean out rooms, and guess what? That means all of budder’s stuff is out of the closet where I can get to it!

Weeeeeeeeeee!!

Buzzy Halloween!

October 31st, 2014. (21 months, 2 weeks old.) by andrew

I dressed up as a bumble bee on Halloween.

Everybody liked my costume, but I didn’t want to wear it for long.  And I’m just not saying why. Can’t make me!

I went out trick-or-treating, just like we practiced.  Auntie Linda and Uncle Rick had a very scary and noisy ghost at their door, which I didn’t like at all.  The other houses were much nicer.

I saw lots of fun costumes!
