Puddle Jumping
January 24th, 2010. (19 months, 3 weeks old.) by benDuring the recent rains, I got to go outside and put my rain coat and galoshes to the test!
Daddy was saying something about it being hard to find puddles “living on a hill”, but I don’t know what he was talking about. I found plenty of water to splash around in!
It appears as though Mom is just thrilled for Ben to be learning how to splash water with his new rain boots. Just remember mom, this is all new to Ben. I guess you just have to put up with him splashing water all over your shoes.
This is great fun, Ben—-splashing in puddles, looking for worms, and not even getting wet! Moving water is such an interesting experience, and maybe when it stops raining you can build dams and float little things on the streams. Wow, can I play with you?
