Visit from Ma and Pa
February 15th, 2010. (20 months, 2 weeks old.) by benMa and Pa came up to visit me this weekend.
I got to read together with Pa, though this was a book that I had not seen before.
I got to show Grandma how to juice oranges, since I already learned how.
I think she was giving me a big kiss ’cause she was so grateful to know how to make orange juice.
I think the most fun I had was driving Pa’s truck!
Wooo hooo! Ma and Pa are welcome anytime. (Make sure you bring your truck when you visit!)
We had such a nice visit with Jen, Wil and Ben that weekend! We always feel welcome and taken care of by our wonderful young-un’s. We had firsthand experience of seeing how exhausting it is to take care of Master Benjamin from sunrise to sunset, through meals and playtime, reading stories, building trains, and just horsing around.(Does this sound like what we all went throught when raising our own children?) I’ll tell you, Ben’s mom and dad sure sleep soundly at night just from trying to keep up with their busy boy! Jen somehow found the time to create a masterpiece chocolate cake that melted in your mouth to celebrate Wil’s birthday, in addition to everything else she does.We sure appreciate our young-uns’s and their dedication to Ben and the rest of the family! Thank you, Wil and Jen, for your wonderful, welcoming hospitality and sharing your family life with us! Love, Mom/Mark
Looks like a treasure of a visit! Sweet memories for everyone!
