Benjamin Rainbow Stark

September 30th, 2010. (2 years, 3 months old.) by ben

I learned to read my initials, which are on all my socks. Having your initials on your socks is important when you are in the Panda room.

If you ask me what the letters stand for, I will tell you my name is Benjamin Rainbow Stark!

When Ben tells you what the initials stand for he SHOUTS it. It is great that he is proud of his name. One day, he will correct the middle name and say Raymond, but in the meantime Mommy loves that Ben thinks of himself as a rainbow. :)

And here I was thinking that the “BRS” stood for “Ben’s Right Sock” and somewhere in the house were two socks with “BLS” on them.

I like Mike’s comment! Ben surely is a rainbow. He’s full of color and always moving. I’m sure he will come into his real name somewhere along the line.

I got a good laugh from Mike Grady’s comment above! Trying to match up socks and kids must be a real treat in the Panda Room! What was fun for mom Jen when she was in preschool was having the kids take off their shoes and put them in the middle of the preschool floor, after which they were all mixed up. That was the fun part. Then the kids had to find their own pairs of shoes—what chaos! But it kept them busy for awhile anyway!
