March 16th, 2011. (2 years, 9 months old.) by ben

Uncle Ryan and Aunt Liz got this car for me for my second birthday. I’m getting better at driving it now.

Wow! Ben is definitely a child of the 21st century. He is REALLY good with the remote control. I sometimes wonder if kids today somehow have a “gadget gene”.

It is wonderful to see someone so young understand something like a remote control car. I’m sure he doesn’t really understand how it works but he certainly is learning how to make it work. I guess soon it will be time for dad to get out the computer helicopter simulator to get Ben practiced up for flying. Then again, maybe more cars and gliders would be a good start! Go Ben!

Kids can do things that I will never be able to do EVER! I still can’t drive a real car backwards without hitting a wall or nearly running over somebody. The “Operator Gene” clearly did not come from Ma Scherba.

Yeah, we’re pretty sure that the “Operator Gene” came from Grandpa Stark.
