New Bed

I especially don’t like it when the blankets get all scrumply. (translation: wrinkled)

How cute is that! Transitions are difficult at times. Especially when you aren’t even three yet and you’re being asked to give up the only bed you’ve ever known. I’m sure that Ben will take to his new “Lightning McQueen” bed soon enough. Thanks from Granpa for keeping up the racecar theme.
Ben will enjoy his new bed soon enough.That security of having the crib sides to protect him from the outside world are gone, but he will soon enjoy the new freedom of moving in and out at will. Falling out of bed will not be a big deal either, since the drop is about a foot down, it seems. Ben will be able to get to sleep dreaming about cars and trucks and all things that go! And he will still have the security of his very own blankies to hold on to and cuddle up with! Have fun with your new bed, Ben!
