First Dentist Visit
August 19th, 2011. (3 years, 2 months old.) by benToday was my first visit to the dentist! I brought cuddle blankie, birdy, and cheetah with me to make sure everything would be OK. First we hung out in the waiting room where there were lots of friends (stuffed animals) and a big fish tank.
Then Dr. Hodges called me in to the back where they have the special chairs. He also has a special light, special mirror, and special tooth counter that he was showing me here.
Dr. Hodges was very nice. He looked in my mouth, counted all my teeth, and said everything was OK. Yay!
Good for Ben! Even though he will be replacing his teeth in a few years, it is good to learn to take care of them now.
Why does it look like Dad is scared?
HI Ben, I am very glad that you had a good visit to the dentist! Gotta keep those beautiful teeth until they fall out by themselves—maybe three more years? Good job with the flossing and brushing, mom and dad!
