Those are Beignets and Ben certainly does love them. For a kid who can’t yet read, he certainly can find the Beignet stand at the Farmer’s Market pretty darn quickly!. 😉
I’m sure that the Beignet stand has certain characteristics that Ben has memorized so that his lack of reading skills don’t hinder his finding one. He probably just follows his nose!
