Helping with Dinner
September 30th, 2012. (4 years, 3 months old.) by benWhen Daddy uses the barbeque, I get to help prepare the food at my side work station. I wear one of my special aprons to make sure my clothes stay clean. (Ed. Note: Yeah… sure, Ben.)
This time I also got to help gather strawberries, which are conveniently located right in the yard!
Sometimes you have to go to the lower garden to get enough!

July 14th, 2012. (4 years, 1 month old.) by benI always love to go to Home Depot, and not just because I get to go with Daddy. Can’t guess why? They have RACE CAR SHOPPING CARTS, which are THE BEST! Vrrrrroooooommmm!
I also get to beep the stuff we’re buying.
Cooling off
July 1st, 2012. (4 years, 1 month old.) by benIt was HOT the other day, so Mommy turned on the sprinkler for me.
That really helps, but someone needs to invent a sprinkler that doesn’t spray in your face. I don’t like that.
Hello, Herb.
June 13th, 2012. (4 years old.) by benI have a special job to help Mommy with watering on the back deck. Most of the water gets on my feet, but some of it gets on the plants! I always try my best, though.

Go Mommy!

Trip to the ER
May 3rd, 2012. (3 years, 11 months old.) by benLast week, I got to take a trip to the emergency room. Not that it was any fun. They said I had a high temperature and the stomach flu. Yuck.
But M&D and the doctor took good care of me.
Second Dentist Visit
March 14th, 2012. (3 years, 9 months old.) by benWell, it was finally time to go back to see Dr. Hodges again. This time I got to do a lot more stuff, like open wide, bite down, and look up at the bright light!
Also, the hygienist brushed my teeth with her special spinning brush, and I got to hold on to and spit in the sucker-tube! Cool!
Dr. Hodges has some pretty neat Legos in his office, too. Boy would I like to have one of these:
